Natural Heritage is a business in the retail/ecommerce grocery industry that takes online orders of farm products and homemade goods and delivers to your home or business. - Delivery Policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 10 days and delivery confirmed by way of email. - The offering on this website is currently available to customers on the Garden Route and SWD region.
- Returns and Refunds Policy
The provision of goods and services by Natural Heritage is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Natural Heritage will refund the client in full within 30 days, or provide you with a credit to your account for the next shop.
Meat orders are finalised on Tuesdays at 5pm. Cancellations of meat orders are not possible after that. Cancellation of orders must be made via email. Cancellation of meat orders before 5pm on Tuesdays will be fully refunded. We also will give a full refund on damaged or rotten products, please email us or whatsapp us photos to 072 892 0507 or email to naturalheritage@onlyvfm.com

Payment may be made via COD or by bank transfer (EFT) into the Natural Heritage bank account, the details of which will be provided on request. - Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
